Smart Cart will gladly accept unused merchandise with in 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. If the item you want to return/exchange meets the conditions mentioned below

Smart Cart return policy applies to two scenarios:

  • If the wrong product is delivered.
  • In the event that the product you received has a flaw or problem.

It's easy to return an item; just follow the steps below:
Examine the product and see if it satisfies any of the criteria.

  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

To Return or Exchange your Merchandise you have to follow these steps:

2. Repack Merchandise
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.

Quality Control will be performed on your returned item.
You will be refunded for the item if it is validated and passes Quality Check.
